Our MDM team is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated professional to join us as the lead of our Operations subteam.
In this role, you will be managing day-to-day operations and work as a catalyst for MDM process efficiency and automation. Leading with example will be of high importance in order to build a high-performance MDM team.

Your roleEnsure the consistent execution of daily MDM operations, including the validation, enrichment, and governance of supplier, product, and partner master data.Own and maintain operational KPIs for data quality, completeness, timeliness, and compliance, and drive continuous monitoring and improvement. Identify recurring pain points in MDM workflows and drive root cause analysis and long-term resolution through scalable solutions in collaboration with MDM Project & Tech Serve as a catalyst and operational partner to the MDM project team-supporting onboarding initiatives (e.g. supplier portal) and ensuring seamless operational handover.Drive alignment with Category Management, Supply Chain, and other business units to translate operational needs into MDM action plans and system changesOversee the development and upkeep of operational dashboards and monitoring tools, enabling real-time visibility into data quality metrics and SLAs.Lead and mentor a team of MDM operations specialists, fostering a high-ownership mindset, precision, and a culture of continuous improvementYour profileBachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5+ years of MDM / Project Management experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management roleSolid understanding of MDM principles, taxonomies, data governance frameworks, and supplier data structures.Experience working in high-volume, complex data environments with an emphasis on accuracy and process efficiency.Proficiency in using MDM platforms and workflow tools; familiarity with data quality tools, automation solutions, and reporting tools (e.g. Syndigo, Tableau).Excellent communication skills in German and English with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.What we offer youFull transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 55.000€ and 65.000€ gross per year.
