One of our companies is currently looking for a Product Manager for Embedded Products and Snow Commerce in Estonia / Spain / Germany / Portugal.
In this role, you will drive the product strategy and execution for both Embedded Products and Snow Commerce apps, which support a wide range of e-commerce solutions for some of the world’s leading brands. You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, managing product development, and ensuring that the products meet the needs of diverse internal and external customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will focus on enhancing user experiences and leveraging data-driven insights to prioritize features and achieve growth for these important products.
Accountabilities:
- Define and execute a multi-year product vision and strategy for Embedded Products and Snow Commerce, balancing short-term and long-term objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research, user analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Collaborate with design teams to create user-centric, intuitive interfaces that enhance the merchant experience.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Designers, Engineers, Analysts, Researchers) to research, define product requirements, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on features based on user feedback and data insights.
- Drive customer engagement and retention strategies to enhance the overall product value and user experience.
Requirements
- Experience working in or with eCommerce or online marketplace companies, with a focus on building user-facing products and internal tools.
- Strong ability to understand complex problems and drive innovative technical solutions.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices and ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies and project management principles.
- Proficiency in using data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and continuously improve products.
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing, etc.) and user testing to optimize product features.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
